SchoolAge-Noah's Ark offers complete programs for each child

We offer a program of exercise and play.  We provide indoor and outdoor areas for organized games and free play.  This includes the playground, gym and the yard areas.

• We will play a wide variety of games in the gym and outdoors.  We encourage all kids to participate in each activity at least once before choosing to sit out.

Bible stories, songs, and scripture memorization are only a few of the opportunities for spiritual development.

• While at Noah's Ark, we are always teaching and acting out ways we can follow in Jesus' footsteps while at our center and at school or other places outside of our care.  We read stories and devotions that help us learn how to find God in all of our daily activities.

Teaching and practicing honesty, truthfulness and fairness are some of the many ways we will instill moral values.

• Trust, honesty, and kindness is big everywhere, but especially in our School Age classroom!  We will all learn to hold each other accountable in these areas and practice these values frequently.

Interacting with other children and adults will allow each child to develop positive social behaviors.

• So many memories are made while at Noah's Ark!  We get to find friends from other schools and we often see those friendships last throughout the years even after leaving Noah's Ark!  We treasure this time together and the friendships made.

Each child will be encouraged to develop a positive self-image as well as learning the differences in people and customs.

• We encourage everyone to not only speak kindness and love to each other but also to ourselves!  Growing up is hard but we learn to build each other up and teach each child that they are loved immeasurably.  They are strong, beautiful and smart and can do SO much if they believe in themselves!

Children have the option to express themselves artistically with all the materials needed for any artist.  Paper, scissors, glue, paint, play-doh, beads and more are offered to create as desired during indoor free time as well as organized craft times.
